a Resume |
Once
you are registered and are logged on to the site,
you can create a new resume or post one you
already have. To do either, click on My Resume at
the top of the page. You will then have the option
to cut and paste your own resume or to fill out an
application. Either way, employers will be able to
view your job experience, skills, and the type of
job you are looking for. If you ever need to
change the information on your resume, choose the
edit option on the “My Resume” page.

Job
Agents and Job Bags: How Can They Help You? |
To
help you in your job search, you can create Job
Agents. A Job Agent will automatically look
through new jobs that have been posted and alert
you if any jobs fit your specifications. |
The
Job Bag allows you to track jobs you have applied
to and save ones that interest you. Once the jobs
are saved, you can apply for them at your leisure.

Confidentiality |
If
you don’t want your boss to know that you are
looking for a job, you can always choose to keep
your identity secret. If you choose this option,
employers can see your resume but they will not be
able to view your name or contact information.
Just click on “Keep Me Confidential” on the
“My Resume” page. |
